Often, the conflict is resolved, and the intensity of the action subsides.11) The struggle between opposing forces and the basis of the plot in dramatic and narrative literature.12) Usually involves an important event, decision, or discovery that affects the final outcome.14) The set of beliefs, feelings, and attitudes that he or she brings to a piece of writing. Sometimes author's perspective is recognizable through the tone of a piece, or the attitude the writer displays toward the subject matter.16) Occurs when the struggle takes place within a character.18) The attitude a writer takes towards a subject.21) The emotional response evoked by a word.22) The chain of related events that take place in a story. The writer's blueprint for what happens, when it happens, and to whom it happens.
