Down: 1) Button used to switch from one document view to another.2) This button changes the size of the program window (maximize/minimize) & will allow you to exit too. 3) Used with the mouse to moe right or left & up ordown within a document.4) Within a contextual tab, this is the little arrow icon at the bottom right-hand edge of the group, & when you click on it, you are taken to a special box. 5) Appears on the left side of BachstageView & includes a list of commonly used Quick Commands like Save, Info, Open, Close, etc.6) Displays the page number & page count of the document, the document view buttons, & zoom control.8) Makes items bigger or smaller.10) Brief explanation or identification of an on-screen item if you hover over it.11) The space that displays the text & graphics in a document.14) Displays contextual tabs which allow you to choose a variety of cmmands. (Known as command central.) 15) This button opens the Help Window for the progrram.17) Measurement shown at top & left sides to help with object positioning, sizing & tabs. Across: 7) Opens Basckstage View, which contains commands for working with files, like open, save, print, create. 9) Icons that show which programs are available via shortcut, such as Word, Powerpoint, Publisher, etc.11) The area at the bottom of the windowsscreen that contains the Start button & program buttons.12) Located at teh top of the Word window, just above the File Tab, & it's commands are avilable for all tabs on the Ribbon.13) Displays the name of the current document & is located at the top of thedocument.16) On the Ribbon, a set of related command buttons within a contextual tab.18) Shows where text will appear when you begin typing/keying.19) Clicking on the File Tab takes you to this area, which combines file - level tasks & actions like # words, when document was created.
