Example: "I'm gonna turn it up tonight, I'm tired of being here." "I can't take no more." 15) A thought or view that's not right. View or perception of a situation or event is not accurate (skewed). 16) Self-talk that blames yourself, suggests you don't like yourself, or hate being you.
